  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese; mix well.
  2. Thread pieces of chicken and turkey bacon onto the soaked skewers alternately.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
  6. Serve immediately with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
