- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin purée, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
