  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed pretzels mixed with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
  3. Dip each chicken breast first in flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the pretzel mixture, making sure to coat well.
