  • 1 pack frozen potstickers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the frozen potstickers and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots; stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and top with green onions before serving.
