- 1 cup pistachio nuts
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well.
- Whip the heavy cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
