1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
2 cups fresh cilantro
1 jalapeño, seeded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Marinate chicken in olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
In a blender, combine cilantro, jalapeño, mayonnaise, lime juice, and black pepper. Blend until smooth to make the green sauce.
