  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Marinate chicken in olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
