- 200 grams tagliatelle
- 2 beef steaks
- 150 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 100 ml beef broth
- 50 ml heavy cream
- Parsley for garnish
- Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and black pepper, then cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest.
- Add onions and garlic to the same pan, sauté until translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until browned.
- Pour in beef broth and stir, then add heavy cream and let simmer.
- Slice the rested steak and add it to the sauce.
- Combine the tagliatelle with the sauce, and serve garnished with parsley.

- For extra flavor, marinate the steak for a few hours before cooking.
