  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peaches with sugar and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer the peach mixture over the crust.
  6. Crumble the remaining mixture over the peaches.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
