- 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 cup fresh peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ice (for serving)
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add the dried hibiscus flowers and boil for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the mixture into a pitcher.
- Add the sliced peaches, sugar, and lemon juice to the hibiscus brew.
- Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to your taste.
- For a stronger peach flavor, add more sliced peaches or even puree some and mix it in.
