Peach Hibiscus Tea

A delightful and refreshing summer beverage that combines the sweetness of peaches with the tartness of hibiscus.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and boil for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and strain the mixture into a pitcher.
  4. Add the sliced peaches, sugar, and lemon juice to the hibiscus brew.
  5. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. Serve over ice.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to your taste.
  • For a stronger peach flavor, add more sliced peaches or even puree some and mix it in.
