  • 1 cup canned peaches, drained and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Incorporate the softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add the milk and mix until just combined.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and spread the chopped peaches evenly on top.
  6. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it over the peaches.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut it into slices.
  8. Place the slices in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  9. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and a splash of milk until smooth and drizzle over the warm rolls.
