  • 1 cup diced peaches
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Stir in buttermilk and melted butter until combined.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle.
  5. Spread softened butter on top and sprinkle with brown sugar and diced peaches.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
