  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in olive oil, then press them into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
