A delicious and easy one-pan dish featuring buttered pasta and savory turkey bacon, perfect for a quick comfort food meal.

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the pasta and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked al dente.
  5. Stir in the parmesan cheese, pepper, and salt.
  6. Chop the cooked turkey bacon and add it back to the skillet. Mix well.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
