  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic and smoked paprika, cooking for an additional minute.
  3. Place chicken thighs in the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Sear on both sides until golden.
