One-Pot Honey Garlic Chicken & Noodles

Delicious and easy to make, this One-Pot Honey Garlic Chicken & Noodles is a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and honey, mixing well.
  5. Add the egg noodles and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer until noodles are cooked and chicken is tender.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
  • Can substitute chicken thighs with breasts if preferred.
