- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour in the soy sauce and honey, mixing well.
- Add the egg noodles and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until noodles are cooked and chicken is tender.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
