  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then brown them in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side.
