Instructions

  2. Add warm water and olive oil, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest for 8-12 hours at room temperature.
  4. After the resting period, dust your work surface with flour and transfer the dough onto it.
  5. Divide the dough into equal-sized pieces and shape each into a ball.
  6. Flatten each ball gently with your hands.
  7. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flattened dough for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
