- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
