  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, powdered sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the instant coffee granules and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Gradually mix in the flour and salt until just blended.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
