Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour lemon juice over it.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives around the chicken.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle feta cheese before serving.

  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
