  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Season the sauce with additional salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve the steaks topped with the parmesan cream sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.

  • Let steaks rest for a few minutes after cooking for better juiciness.
