  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine maple syrup and butter over medium heat until melted.
  3. Stir in Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Rub the mixture generously all over the turkey.
  5. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cook for approximately 2-3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Baste the turkey every 30 minutes with the pan juices.
  7. Let the turkey rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.
