Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease ramekins.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar and continue whipping.
  4. In another bowl, whisk egg yolks, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  5. Fold the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture.
  6. Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture until no streaks remain.
  7. Pour the mixture into prepared ramekins and bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed.
