  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar substitute
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef; cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the cabbage and soy sauce, and cook until the cabbage is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the brown sugar substitute and green onions.
