A delicious twist on classic hash browns loaded with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and turkey bacon; cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the shredded hash browns, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  5. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the hash browns are golden brown and crispy.
  6. In the last few minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.
  7. Serve hot.
