- 4 cups shredded hash browns
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and turkey bacon; cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the shredded hash browns, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the hash browns are golden brown and crispy.
- In the last few minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Serve hot.
