- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub the potatoes and poke holes in them with a fork.
- Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until fork-tender.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Slice each potato in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh.
