  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a noodle, spread some ricotta mixture, and roll it up tightly.
  6. Place the roll-ups seam side down in the baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
