  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, gochujang, and honey for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the steak to your desired doneness, then let it rest before slicing.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream and remaining marinade. Simmer until slightly thickened.
