  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form meatballs.
