  • 1 pound pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the rice and set aside.
  2. Season the pork with soy sauce and mirin.
  3. Dredge each slice in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko.
