  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through.
  3. Add the sliced zucchinis, marinara sauce, and seasonings. Stir well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
