  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until smooth.
  5. Spread the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Once baked, allow to cool slightly before rolling.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cooled chocolate roll, then carefully roll it up.
  9. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and spread over the rolled cake.
  10. Chill in the fridge before serving.
