- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 4 green onions, chopped
