Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Preheat the skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  7. Serve the pancakes warm with turkey bacon on the side.

Notes
