8 ounces pasta of choice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound chicken breasts, diced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and add diced chicken, seasoning with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
Add cherry tomatoes and basil to the skillet, stirring to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes.
