4 whole grain English muffins
4 large eggs
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup avocado, sliced
1/2 cup low-fat cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
In the same skillet, scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until cooked through.
