- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Form into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for about 5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove patties from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream, add fresh dill and Worcestershire sauce, and stir. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the patties back to the skillet, coating them in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
