  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the rice, black beans, salsa, and cheeses together.
  2. Place a tortilla on a skillet over medium heat.
