  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Pour the banana mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into a lined muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool before serving.
