  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  7. After the dough has risen, punch it down and fold in the minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
  8. Divide the dough into muffin tin slots and let them rise for another 20 minutes.
