Garlic Sesame Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti or noodles
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti or noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add cooked chicken or tofu.
  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
