Garlic Parmesan Pasta (One Pot!)

A quick and easy one-pot garlic parmesan pasta recipe that you will love!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add the pasta and enough water to cook it through.
  6. Cover and let it cook until the pasta is al dente.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • You can substitute chicken broth for some of the water for more flavor.
