Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta (One Pot!)

This easy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is made in one pot for a delicious and hassle-free meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add chicken and garlic, cooking until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in pasta, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and spinach until combined and spinach is wilted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
