A delicious and savory recipe featuring cheeseburger bombs made with turkey and bacon, seasoned with garlic and parmesan.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, crumbled bacon, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
  5. Wrap the biscuit around the filling and seal tightly.
  6. Place the bombs on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with additional garlic and parmesan if desired.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • These bombs can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
