- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups chopped cabbage
- 2 cups Fritos corn chips
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the chopped cabbage and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Serve topped with crumbled turkey bacon and Fritos.

- For an extra kick, add hot sauce to taste.
