- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
