A deliciously healthy recipe for flourless peanut butter banana muffins that are easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add peanut butter, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt, then mix until well combined.
  4. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Divide the batter into the prepared muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
