A colorful and delicious fall fruit salad bursting with seasonal flavors and easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup sliced pears
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, sliced pears, pomegranate seeds, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • This salad can be made a few hours ahead of time, but don’t add the walnuts until just before serving to keep them crunchy.
