1 large egg yolk
200 grams white chocolate, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, butter, and sugar until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add the egg yolk and mix until the dough forms a ball.
Roll out the dough and cut into circles to fit tartlet pans.
Bake the tart shells for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
