1 package of small taco shells
8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1 pound ground turkey
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned, then add the taco seasoning and mix well.
Place the taco shells in a baking dish and fill each with the cooked turkey mixture.
Top each taco cup with chopped turkey bacon and shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once out of the oven, add diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and jalapeños to each cup.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier kick, add more jalapeños to the top.
